Paul Torilli
President and Owner
Paul believes that businesses thrive when guided by well-organized, strategic planning. His guiding principle, “Clear Direction and Alignment,” reflects his commitment to helping organizations define their path, align resources, and achieve sustainable growth.
Paul is a senior executive and strategist with extensive experience in global operations, business development, financial controls, and capture management for defense agencies and contracting organizations. With more than 35 years of experience, Paul has partnered with a diverse, worldwide portfolio of clients, including NATO, building strong relationships, cultivating networks, and navigating complex political environments to drive successful outcomes.
Paul is passionate about helping companies solve problems, improve customer satisfaction, support long-term business goals, and remain prepared for the challenges ahead. His approach blends strategic insight, operational discipline, and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with both major OEMs and Small Business Enterprises, holding executive leadership roles that provided deep exposure to every aspect of the business. He has built and led high-performance teams, strengthened critical partner relationships, and collaborated across corporate functions to support mission-essential initiatives, strategic process planning, and organizational alignment.
Paul leverages his leadership and hands-on business development expertise to drive growth, enhance operational performance, and lead organizations through their most complex challenges.
Outside of work, Paul devotes his time to his wife and daughter. He especially enjoys attending his daughter’s volleyball games, where he proudly serves as her biggest fan.
